Loudest Electric Single Trumpet Horn

The EzAcDc single and dual trumpet electric horns are the loudest electric horns available today. Both are covered by an unsurpassed all-inclusive five-year warranty and install easily by simply snapping together with any EzAcDc boat wiring harness.

Includes adaptors to work with your current boat wiring

Like all EzAcDc boat horn systems, this one exceeds all marine industry standards for volume. And, it is also incredibly corrosion resistant. This is assured by the complete over-molding of the steel motor housing - the only part of the horn that is not stainless steel! The over-molding process completely shields the steel housing from any and all exposure to the elements, providing the ultimate protection required to operate in the harsh marine environment.

Other features include:

  • 5 Year Warranty
  • 100% stainless steel exterior
  • Includes stainless steel mounting screws
  • Type 304 stainless steel diaphragm
  • Dimensions:16-1/2' L x 4" W x 4-3/4" H
  • Maximum amp draw: 5 Amps
  • dB(A) rating: 118 at one meter
  • Fundamental frequency: 390 +/- 15 Hz

About AFI Horns

EzAcDc is proud to offer horns from AFI, the leading supplier of horns to the marine industry.

A member of the Marinco Electrical Group, AFI has over fifty years of experience in designing and manufacturing sound devices specifically for use in harsh marine environments.

AFI's commitment to the quality of your new horn system begins with the fact that stainless steel is used for all critical components such as trumpets, motor cover, diaphragms, and assembly and mounting hardware. They work to assure your safety by designing their electric horns meet or exceed all industry standards including the American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC) Regulation #A23 for boats up to 12 meters. In addtion, their air horns also meet the U.S. Coast Guard's C.O.L.R.E.G.S. and U.S. Inland Navigation Rules, Annex III Regulations for boats up to 20 meters. Finally, all AFI horns are listed in the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) Certification Program "type accepted" list.

We work hard to make your job easy...

Take the hours and confusion out of your boat wiring project. The boat building professionals at EzAcDc offer marine electrical parts that are engineered to "snap together" quickly and correctly - right out of the box.

It used to be that...

One of the more complicated, mysterious, headache inducing, and potentially dangerous do-it-yourself jobs was an electrical wiring project. And, if that wiring just happened to be on a boat, the mysteries, headaches, expenses and risks became even more daunting.

It used to be that...

Even a seemingly simple boat wiring project often became much more complicated than its "on shore" equivalent for many reasons:

  • The lack of boat wiring diagrams.

  • The regular use of non-standard and non-traceable boat wire colors. Or, worse, the all-too-common practice of wiring an entire boat with only one color of wire.

  • The joy of troubleshooting floating or loose grounds - or, as often happens, the ground for one component being grounded through some other component!

  • The surprising and hazardous voltage drops caused by improperly gauged boat wiring.

  • The fuses or circuit breakers were incorrectly sized or located - leading to continual "nuisance" tripping - or, much worse, to a genuine danger to you, your guests, or your boat.

It used to be that...

The only real alternative to solving these issues yourself was to pay a fortune to your local marina or dealer to solve them for you.

But now...

We work hard to make these jobs easy with our with the EzAcDc QuickConnect Marine Electrical Systems for boat wiring.
