EzAcDc Shipping, Deliveries, and Returns
How we will ship your new boat wiring products
If your EzAcDc boat wiring order is in stock, we will make
every effort to ship it on the same day that you order. But,
please note that orders placed after 1:00 PM will ship the following
business day.
For exact ship times, please view the specific product page as
we occasionally run out of stock and may be able to work with
our manufacturers to drop ship an item directly to you.
You will receive a receipt from us in your email box immediately
after placing your order. If you do not immediately receive
confirmation of your order, please call us, as your order may
not have processed correctly.
At any time after your order has been placed, you can log into
your account by clicking on the Account link near the top of any
page. Your order status will be displayed to you along with a
tracking number, please note it may take up to 24 hours after
your item has shipped to see the tracking number in your
account.
Please note that we cannot offer our standard shipping rates on boat wiring
product to our customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. If you would like any of
our boat wiring products shipped to one of these locations, please call us for a shipping quote.
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Please note it may take up
to 24 hours after shipment to receive a tracking number.
You will not need to be home to accept delivery. As an added measure
of convenience, we do not require a signature authorization upon delivery of your boat wiring products.
When can you expect your boat wiring parts?
Please use our
FedEx shipping map to ascertain how long it will take to
receive your new parts via standard shipping.

What if you picked the wrong part for your project?
Our 30 day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider
your purchase and to make certain that you chosen the correct EzAcDc
parts for your project.
To return or exchange merchandise, please
contact our customer service department by emailing
returns@ezacdc.com or by calling
us toll free 866-970-9120. Your
representative will give you a return authorization number.
Please enter this number at the top of our Return Authorization

At EzAcDc we take pride in our products and want you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not
completely satisfied for any reason, please return the
unmodified merchandise within 30 days of the date it was shipped
to you, and we will issue a refund of your purchase price or
make the exchange of your choice. Any item returned to us after
30 days will incur a 15% restock fee.
Please indicate the reason for the return and the action to be
taken (exchange or refund). For your protection, please insure
your package for its full value. Unfortunately, we cannot accept
parcels sent to us either freight collect, or COD. Customers wishing to
make a return are responsible for the costs associated with
shipping the product back to our facilities.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your
refund or new item will be processed within 7-10 business day.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our
Quality Assurance Department. Please note that items showing
signs of wear or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for
return. The returned item must be in saleable condition, meaning
it must be in the same condition in which you received it.
What if your new part arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged, please contact us immediately. In
order for your damage claim to be processed as quickly as
possible, please provide us with a photo of the damage so we
can work through the proper channels.
Please be very careful when opening your EzAcDc packages, as we cannot be responsible for damage
caused by cutting open boxes. Wiring, panels, or components that have been cut during unpacking cannot be
returned to us for a full refund.
Likewise, please be careful when installing your harness, panel, or component. Occasionally,
consumers can damage these parts during
installation. EzAcDc cannot be responsible for damage caused in this manner.
What if you need to cancel your order?
Customers who wish to cancel an order
after it has been shipped or while it is in transit are
responsible for all shipping costs and fees incurred to cancel
or reschedule the shipment plus a 10% restocking fee.
Please be aware that we try very hard to ship orders
immediately and in most cases orders may be shipped within 24
hours. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER YOU MUST CONTACT US
IMMEDIATELY as you will be responsible for all costs associated
with restocking and rerouting the shipment.
Return forms are required. Please make sure to include one
with the item.
To return the merchandise, simply fill out the return
information on the back of the packing slip and send it with the
